Job summary

LG Electronics in the United States seeks a Senior-level Sales Leader to oversee actuator solutions in the North American robotics and automation market. You will localize HQ strategies, lead the sales organization, and develop talent while driving revenue and profitability through key accounts.

You will partner with Product Management and regional teams, manage forecasts and dashboards, and represent LG at industry events and customer meetings to grow robot component business across NA.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in components sales.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the robotics and automation industry.
• Proven track record in sales team leadership and talent development.
• Native or near-native proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team and cultivate a performance-driven culture.
• Localize HQ global strategies into North America GTM plans.
• Oversee sales forecasting and executive reporting for leadership.
• Manage relationships with North American actuator customers and revenue ownership.
