Job summary

LG Electronics in the United States is seeking a Senior-level Sales Leader to drive actuator solutions for the North American robotics market. You will localize HQ strategies, lead the sales team, and develop top talent to win strategic deals.

You’ll manage key accounts, forecast performance, report to HQ in Korea and regional leaders, and collaborate with product and supply chain teams to accelerate growth. Travel 30–50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 10+ years of components sales experience.
• Minimum 5 years in robotics/automation sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales leadership and strategy across NA actuator solutions.
• Manage key accounts and ownership of revenue/AR.
• Localization of HQ strategies into regional GTM plans.
• Oversee forecasting, reporting, and executive dashboards.
