French & Parrello Associates (FPA) seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead municipal infrastructure projects from planning through construction at our Hackettstown, NJ headquarters. You will collaborate with municipal clients, regulatory agencies, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality infrastructure programs.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of municipal engineering experience, a NJ PE license, and strong communication, budgeting, and mentoring skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10+ years in municipal engineering or public infrastructure.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in New Jersey required.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and execution of municipal infrastructure projects.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and project delivery.
• Prepare engineering calculations, specs, and construction documents.
• Oversee plan development using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Lead client meetings, regulatory discussions, and public meetings.
• Oversee shop drawings, RFIs, and submittals during construction.
• Provide senior construction support and field visits.
• Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates.
• Mentor junior staff and support business development.
