Job summary

Consor seeks a Municipal Project Manager to oversee municipal infrastructure projects across Texas, coordinating with districts, developers, utility operators, regulators and internal teams. You will manage planning through construction, ensuring regulatory compliance and project delivery.

The role requires a PE license, 10+ years in municipal or utility engineering, and strong leadership in budgeting, scheduling, and client communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in civil/environmental engineering or related field.
• PE license and knowledge of municipal utility districts advantageous.
• Strong project management, budgeting, scheduling, and client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, permitting, and construction of municipal infrastructure projects.
• Serve as primary liaison for MUDs, WCIDs, districts, developers, and regulators.
• Coordinate multiple projects while ensuring scope, schedule, budget and quality are met.
• Prepare and review technical reports, cost estimates, specs, and construction documents.
• Support capital improvement planning and district presentations.
