Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3-5+ years in related field.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) required.
• Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D and other related software packages.
• Demonstrate teamwork and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Independently evaluate, select and adapt standard techniques with limited supervision.
• Design complete projects, systems, components or processes.
• Prepare project documents with limited supervision.
• Analyze data, formulate and solve problems.
• Prepare scopes of work, budgets and schedules.
• Assist with proposal development for professional services.
• Provide direction to engineers in training and staff.
• Plan and coordinate detailed aspects of engineering work.
• Attend meetings and present components of assignments.
• Review changes orders from contractors.
• Prepare and review technical reports, specs, memos.
