Job summary
Consor, headquartered in Texas, seeks a Municipal Engineering Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams delivering water, wastewater, and drainage infrastructure for district clients. Qualifications
- PE license and licensed civil/municipal practice required.
- 15+ years of municipal utility district or related engineering experience.
- Strong knowledge of water, wastewater, drainage and utility infrastructure.
- Experience presenting to district boards and public officials.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary engineering representative for MUDs, WCIDs and local government clients.
- Lead district meetings and provide engineering recommendations and guidance.
- Manage planning, design, permitting, bidding and construction administration of district projects.
- Coordinate with operators, attorneys, developers, bond counsel and regulators.
- Mentor staff and manage project schedules, budgets and staffing needs.
