Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or relevant work experience in building maintenance.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, adjustments, maintenance and repair on building systems.
• Repair and renovate to modernize buildings and systems.
• Identify necessary information for repairs and order parts.
• Maintain records of work orders and materials.
• Operate heavy machinery as needed.
• Train others on procedures and methods.
• May work on-call and overtime as needed.
