Responsibilities

• Perform highly advanced restoration, renovation, and building maintenance work.
• Inspect, adjust, maintain and repair building systems (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting).
• Lead construction, maintenance or repair projects; supervise staff as needed.
• Process work orders, project and material requisitions paperwork.
• Ensure safety and proper operation; work may require overtime and on-call duties.
