Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs routine, moderately complex maintenance and repair work on building systems across trades (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, etc.).
• Inspects, adjusts, maintains, and repairs buildings and utility systems; maintains records and work orders.
