Townsquare Media Group is seeking a Senior Multi-Media Sales Executive in Boise, ID for a full-time, in‑office role. You will act as a trusted advisor to high‑value clients, develop strategic campaigns across broadcast, digital, events, and sponsorships, and lead revenue growth through consultative selling and long‑term partnerships.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of B2B media sales, exceptional relationship skills, and a track record of overachieving quotas.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in media, marketing, or advertising.
• Deep understanding of broadcast, digital, and programmatic marketing solutions.
• Proven track record of quota overachievement and strategic new business wins.
• Strong relationships with local business owners and decision‑makers in Boise.
• Expertise in consultative selling and long-term client relationship development.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong personal drive, professional polish, and collaborative spirit.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle (required).
• BA/BS degree (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a book of business with a strong focus on new revenue generation.
• Leverage your established network to drive opportunities and close high-impact deals.
• Conduct high-level client discovery meetings and present custom, insight-led solutions.
• Lead strategic planning across integrated campaigns-including broadcast, digital, events, and sponsorships.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure successful campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
• Serve as a mentor and subject matter expert within the sales organization.
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
