Townsquare Media Group is seeking an Outside Sales Representative, Multi-Media in Boise, ID. This full-time, in-office role focuses on building a book of business and delivering strategic marketing solutions across broadcast, digital, programmatic, and sponsorships.

You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while collaborating with internal teams to drive campaign success and client ROI. A strong track record and competitive drive are essential.

Formación

• 2+ years of sales experience required.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Strong work ethic, drive and competitiveness.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal/communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and vehicle.
• BA/BS degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand your clients' reach and ROI.
• Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy.
• Work directly with your Market Leadership to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
