Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily and podium construction.
• Proven ability to deliver large-scale projects on time and within budget.
• Knowledge of construction processes, materials and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multifamily and podium construction projects from planning to completion.
• Create and implement project schedules and work plans.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and adjust to stay within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and other professionals to meet project requirements.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Resolve issues promptly to keep projects on track.
• Prepare and present regular project reports on progress and budget.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, contractors and stakeholders.
