Qualifications

• 7+ years of superintendent experience in ground-up construction.
• Proven experience managing multifamily residential projects.
• Strong scheduling, sequencing, and subcontractor coordination abilities.
• Ability to lead large field teams and maintain relationships with subcontractors.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with construction management software and scheduling tools.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations from site mobilization through project closeout.
• Develop and maintain short-term and long-term construction schedules.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
• Ensure work complies with plans, specifications, codes and safety requirements.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce safety standards.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to manage budgets and schedules.
• Identify and resolve construction challenges before they impact performance.
• Oversee quality control and inspections throughout construction.
• Maintain daily reports, site records and progress updates.
• Coordinate turnover activities and punch-list completion.
