Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Multifamily Construction Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on ground-up multifamily projects in California. The role requires hands-on leadership, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality across teams, with strong experience in wood-frame and podium-style construction.

Qualified candidates bring 5–15 years of superintendent experience, proficiency with Procore and scheduling software, and an OSHA certification. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 5–15 years of Superintendent experience in multifamily construction.
• Ground-up wood-frame and podium-style construction experience.
• Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office, and construction scheduling software.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical documents.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• LIHTC experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations for ground-up multifamily projects.
• Ensure safety, on-schedule delivery, and high-quality construction.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project team.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
