Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Multifamily Superintendent to lead diverse multifamily construction projects across Southern California. You will oversee all phases from planning to completion, coordinating crews and subcontractors while maintaining safety and schedule integrity.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are essential. The role focuses on podium, wrap, and garden-style developments with a strong emphasis on quality control and regulatory compliance.

• Ensuring quality control of construction outputs and documentation.
