LeoForce is seeking a Senior Multi-Family Construction Superintendent in San Jose, CA to oversee complex podium projects from planning through execution. You will lead a diverse on-site team, manage schedules, budgets, and coordination with architects and engineers to meet demanding quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of multifamily and podium construction projects, including planning, coordination, and execution.
• Create and implement project schedules and work plans, ensuring that all tasks are carried out according to these plans.
• Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and making necessary adjustments to stay within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure that all project requirements are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure that all work is being carried out to the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Resolve any issues or problems that may arise during the construction process, taking prompt and effective action to keep the project on track.
• Prepare and present regular project reports, providing updates on progress, budget, and any issues or challenges.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are satisfied with the progress and outcome of the project.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry, with a specific focus on multifamily and podium construction.
• Proven experience managing large-scale construction sites from start to finish, with a track record of delivering on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, coordination, and problem-solving.
