• Minimum 3 years in construction, focused on multifamily and podium projects.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale sites from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent project management, planning, coordination, and problem-solving.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and relationships with clients and contractors.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multifamily and podium construction projects from planning to execution.
