Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Permanent Multi-family Superintendent to lead multi-family construction projects. You will oversee painting and drywall supervision, quality control, and field operations, driving safety and efficiency across sites.

With a focus on leadership and site coordination, you will manage teams, coordinate deliveries, and ensure projects meet high standards of craftsmanship and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in multi-family and commercial construction.
• Experience supervising paint and drywall.
• Extensive knowledge of construction quality control measures and site coordination.
• Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam for project tracking.
• Familiar with OSHA regulations and strong safety focus.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for liaising with team, contractors and clients.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to multiple job sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of multi-family construction projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Supervise painting and drywall installation to maintain high-quality finishes.
• Coordinate site activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations in commercial construction.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to meet standards.
• Schedule workers, manage material deliveries, and resolve on-site issues.
• Use Procore and Bluebeam to track progress and communicate with the team.
• Ensure field operations comply with OSHA regulations and promote safe work practices.
