Job summary

Ross - A Division of Envolve, managing apartment communities across markets, is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Supervisor for McCarty on Monroe. The role covers all facets of facility maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, with a focus on preventive maintenance and on-site repairs.

Qualified candidates will have 8–10 years of maintenance experience and be HVAC and EPA certified, with a valid driver’s license. CPO certification and multifamily experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of maintenance experience required.
• HVAC and EPA certified.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Multifamily experience preferred, not required.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all facility and maintenance equipment tasks.
• Perform on-site basic repairs including HVAC, appliances, water heaters, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Provide preventive maintenance and seasonal tasks.
• Train other maintenance staff and supervise work quality.
• Maintain inventory and record maintenance requests and actions.
• Be available for 24/7 emergency maintenance calls.
