Job summary

Ross - A Division of Envolve is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Liggins Tower in Denver, CO. You will manage all aspects of facilities, equipment, and preventive maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances, while training junior staff.

You must have 3–8 years of maintenance experience, HVAC and EPA certifications, a valid driver's license, and preferably multifamily experience; CPO certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of maintenance experience required.
• HVAC and EPA certification required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Previous multifamily experience preferred.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of facility and maintenance equipment.
• Perform on-site basic repairs including HVAC systems and plumbing.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and seasonal tasks.
• Train maintenance staff and supervise on-site work.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls 24/7.
• Manage inventory and paperwork for maintenance requests.
