Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or vocational training preferred.
• 3–5 years in property maintenance with 1–2 years in supervision.
• Experience in multifamily housing or property management is desirable.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficient in property management software and basic office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure maintenance staff follow procedures and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify needs and issues.
• Oversee routine and emergency maintenance: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and repairs.
• Ensure timely, high-quality completion of maintenance tasks.
• Address tenant requests and respond promptly to concerns.
• Communicate schedules and progress to tenants; minimize disruptions.
• Maintain records of work orders, inventory, and service contracts.
• Prepare and manage maintenance budgets; oversee vendor relationships.
• Ensure safety regulations and compliance across all tasks.
