Job summary

Fivestone Management, LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker to manage upkeep, repairs, and preventative maintenance across multiple properties in Fort Worth and surrounding areas. You will address service requests, perform routine tasks, and help prepare units for new tenants.

The role requires the ability to lift heavy objects, proficiency with basic tools, and reliable transportation. A strong safety mindset and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school certification is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in property or building maintenance.
• Proficient in basic repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC).
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, carpentry, and general repairs across multiple properties.
• Respond to service requests and maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Inspect buildings and common areas regularly to identify issues and perform preventative maintenance.
• Assist in preparing residential or commercial units for new tenants, including cleaning, painting, and minor repairs.
• Maintain exterior areas, such as landscaping, snow removal, pressure washing, and trash pickup.
• Collaborate with property managers, vendors, and contractors to ensure high standards of maintenance are met.
• Maintain inventory of supplies, tools, and equipment; report needs for replenishment or repair.
• Comply with safety procedures, building codes, and company policies at all times.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records.
