Job summary

Fivestone Management, LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker to uphold the upkeep, repair, and appearance of our residential and commercial properties in the Fort Worth area. You will handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and carpentry tasks across several sites, responding to requests promptly and ensuring safety standards are met.

The role requires at least 2 years in property maintenance, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in property or building maintenance.
• Proficient in basic repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC).
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks across multiple properties including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, carpentry, and general repairs.
• Respond to service requests and maintenance work orders promptly and professionally.
• Inspect buildings and common areas to identify issues and perform preventative maintenance.
• Assist in preparing residential or commercial units for new tenants, including cleaning and painting.
• Maintain exterior areas such as landscaping, snow removal, and trash pickup.
• Collaborate with property managers, vendors, and contractors to meet high maintenance standards.
• Maintain maintenance logs and inventory; report replenishment needs.
