You will respond to service requests, inspect common areas, prep units for new tenants, and maintain outdoor areas while collaborating with managers, vendors, and contractors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of property or building maintenance experience.
• Proficient in basic repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, carpentry, and general repairs across multiple properties.
• Respond to service requests and maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Inspect buildings and common areas regularly to identify issues and perform preventative maintenance.
• Assist in preparing residential or commercial units for new tenants, including cleaning, painting, and minor repairs.
• Maintain exterior areas, such as landscaping, snow removal, pressure washing, and trash pickup.
• Collaborate with property managers, vendors, and contractors to ensure high standards of maintenance are met.
• Maintain inventory of supplies, tools, and equipment; report needs for replenishment or repair.
• Comply with safety procedures, building codes, and company policies at all times.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records.
