Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician for Grand Arbor Reserve multifamily community. You will support the Property Manager, perform make-ready tasks, and maintain mechanical systems, grounds, and common areas to ensure superior resident satisfaction.

Role requires 5+ years of related experience, on-site availability, and knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical basics. On-call work and compliance with safety standards are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade/technical schooling a plus.
• 5+ years related maintenance experience in multifamily or commercial settings.
• EPA 608 Type II and CPO or local city required certificate.
• Able to read manuals, safety rules, and technical documents.
• Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments including painting, repairs, and cleaning to ensure quality move-in experiences.
• Assist Property Manager with inspections and logs for mechanicals and equipment.
• Support Move-In/Move-Out and annual inspections.
• Maintain building mechanical systems, fire systems, grounds, and common areas.
• Supervise maintenance staff and vendors as needed.
• Respond promptly to resident requests with professionalism.
• Adhere to safety procedures and report maintenance concerns.
• Attend required trainings and maintain positive on-site presence.
