Job summary

Mission Rock Residential, LLC seeks a Service Manager (Maintenance) to lead the day-to-day maintenance operations at Panorama at Arvada Ridge in Arvada, CO. The role ensures physical assets meet company standards and applicable laws while supervising the maintenance team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of multifamily maintenance experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or maintenance leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing maintenance operations for communities with 200+ apartment homes preferred.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, monitor, and/or perform preventative maintenance at assigned property.
• Coordinate the day-to-day maintenance operations of the property.
• Direct and supervise daily activities of the maintenance team, such as planning and preparing work schedules, assigning tasks, delegating work, monitoring progress and workflow, reviewing work for timeliness and accuracy, and appraising work performance.
• Train and coach all maintenance team members.
