Mission Rock Residential, LLC is seeking a Service Manager (Maintenance) for our Rio Rancho property. You will oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, lead a maintenance team, and ensure the property meets standards and laws.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of federal fair housing laws and local housing provisions.
• Ability to work within budgetary guidelines.
• Experience with common property repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, monitor, and perform preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate day-to-day maintenance operations.
• Direct and supervise maintenance team with planning and task delegation.
• Train and coach maintenance staff.
• Assist in diagnosing problems and completing repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems.
• Perform daily property inspections and maintain cleanliness in partnership with the team.
• Manage vendor/contractor relationships and quality control.
• Complete unit turns and handle painting, drywall, and wear items.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies on a rotating basis.
