Job summary

Mission Rock Residential is seeking a Service Manager (Maintenance) at Panorama at Arvada Ridge in Arvada, CO to lead day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure property standards.

You will schedule preventive maintenance, supervise the maintenance team, and coach staff while ensuring compliance and resident satisfaction. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a compensation range of $32.00–$34.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of multifamily maintenance experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or maintenance leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing maintenance operations for communities with 200+ apartment homes preferred.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, monitor, and/or perform preventative maintenance at assigned property
• Coordinate the day-to-day maintenance operations of the property
• Direct and supervise daily activities of the maintenance team, such as planning and preparing work schedules, assigning tasks, delegating work, monitoring progress and workflow, reviewing work for timeliness and accuracy, and appraising work performance
• Train and coach all maintenance team members
