Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in maintenance, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC; Multifamily experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or college coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team to deliver timely, high-quality service.
• Oversee preventative maintenance programs and safety compliance.
• Manage budget, inventory, and vendor coordination to meet scope and costs.
