Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of maintenance experience; multifamily preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• Leadership to train, mentor, and manage a maintenance team.
• Universal EPA and CPO certifications required.
• Valid Class E driver’s license.
• Knowledge of EPA, OSHA, ADA, and Fair Housing regulations.
• Ability to read maintenance instructions and manuals.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations.
• Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks in varied environments.

• Lead maintenance operations and guide preventive programs.
• Oversee a team of technicians; ensure timely, high‑quality work.
• Provide training, mentorship, and safety compliance.
• Assign daily tasks, inspect work, and perform hands‑on repairs when needed.
• Manage on‑call rotations and emergency support.
• Oversee service requests, preventive maintenance schedules, and records.
• Track and allocate the maintenance budget; manage parts inventory.
