Job summary

Cortland is seeking a Service Manager in Dublin, OH to lead a maintenance team at a multimillion-dollar multifamily community. You will ensure safety, asset integrity, and high-quality service, while guiding preventative programs and managing staffing and budgets.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5+ years in maintenance, EPA and CPO certifications, a HS diploma or equivalent, and strong leadership and customer-service skills. On-call rotations may be required.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily properties.
• HS diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• EPA and CPO certifications are required.
• Valid Class E driver’s license.
• Strong leadership, training, and safety protocol experience.
• Ability to read maintenance manuals and coordinate with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team to ensure safety, repairs, and resident satisfaction.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and manage workload and staffing.
• Oversee budget, inventory, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain service records and support on-call rotations.
