Job summary

NRP Investments LLC is seeking a Project Superintendent to coordinate and supervise on-site construction of residential multi-family complexes in Cleveland, OH. You will report to the Project Manager and ensure work complies with contract documents, safety, and scheduling commitments.

Responsibilities include organizing field operations, preparing updates, and coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and municipal agencies while maintaining quality control and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil related field preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing the construction of multi-family projects with stable employment history.
• Knowledge of site work, utility infrastructure, structural building, mechanical and interior finishes required.

Responsibilities

• Organize sequencing of field operations, staging of materials and satellite office.
• Prepare project updates, documentation and related administrative duties.
• Solve problems, prioritize and multi-task while maintaining excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Implement quality assurance and control procedures.
• Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design and project commitments.
• Represent the company during the execution of work to all project related parties, including subcontractors and authorities.
