Centurion Selection, LLC seeks a Project Manager to oversee ground-up multifamily construction in Fort Lauderdale, from preconstruction through turnover. You will manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and client relations while coordinating with the Superintendent to deliver safe, on-time projects within budget.

You will lead subcontractor buyouts, RFIs/submittals, change orders, and project meetings, mentoring Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers as needed.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of construction project management with a general contractor.
• Experience managing ground-up multifamily projects.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specs, and reports.
• Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Procore; MS Project or Primavera preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all phases of multifamily construction from preconstruction to closeout.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, cost forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Establish schedules with the Superintendent and monitor progress.
• Lead subcontractor buyout, scope reviews, and contract negotiations.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and subs.
• Lead project meetings and communicate progress, risks, and decisions.
