A strong back-log and family culture drive this locally-owned firm. Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Business and 5+ years of multifamily PM experience, with Procore experience a plus.

Aufgaben

• Oversee multifamily projects ensuring on-time delivery and within budget.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors and vendors.
• Review proposals, drawings, and plans to determine timeframe, funding, and staffing needs.
• Complete materials take-offs and establish cost estimates and procurement schedules.
• Coordinate activities with project staff to ensure progress within budget and provide technical advice to resolve problems.

The Project Manager will have a strong track record of completing projects specifically within the multifamily sector, ensuring their successful delivery within schedule and budget along with the ability to manage vendors, subcontractors, and field staff throughout the project.

About the Company:

• Specialized in Multifamily Projects
• Responsible for ensuring that the project is completed on-time, within budget, and constructed with superior quality and safety
• Reviews project proposals, drawings, and plans to determine timeframe, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of project
• Develops and maintains relationships with clients, subcontractors and related vendors.
• Completes materials “take-offs”, establishes cost estimates, develops and tracks material procurement schedule
• Confers with project staff to outline work plans, assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority; coordinates activities with project staff to ensure project progress within prescribed budget and provides technical advice to resolve problems
• Organize, plan, and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results
• Act in a manner of integrity that shows support for the company, its values, and other associates while maintaining a constant focus on meeting/exceeding customer requirements and expectations
• Oversee project financials

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Business preferred5+ years' experience as a Project Manager within Multifamily Construction
• Proven record of success on large and/or complex projects
• Proficient with relevant construction technology; Procore experience a plus

Salary: $115,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
