• Affordable housing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution from preconstruction through completion and turnover.
• Work closely with the Superintendents to align field operations, schedules, budgets, and quality. APM as direct report.
• Coordinate subcontractors, design professionals, consultants, and internal development teams.
• Manage contracts, procurement, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project financial reporting.
• Anticipate challenges, resolve issues, and keep decisions and commitments moving.
• Lead clear project meetings and hold team members accountable for results.
