Job summary

Centurion Selection, LLC seeks an Assistant Project Manager – Multifamily Construction to assist the Project Manager in planning, coordination, and execution of multifamily projects.

The ideal candidate has experience in ground-up multifamily, mixed-use, or large-scale residential construction and understands project documentation, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and cost control.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of construction experience, preferably with a multifamily General Contractor, developer-builder, or owner-builder.
• Experience with ground-up multifamily, apartments, mixed-use, podium, wrap, garden-style, or high-density residential projects preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and project management processes.
• Experience with software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Autodesk Build, Primavera P6, or Microsoft Project is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the management of multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams.
• Manage and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and project documentation.
• Assist with subcontractor buyout, scope reviews, and contract administration.
• Support project budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting.
• Review drawings, specifications, and subcontractor scopes for accuracy and completeness.
• Participate in OAC and subcontractor meetings and assist with meeting minutes and follow-up items.
• Work closely with the Superintendent to maintain project schedules and resolve field issues.
• Track material procurement and long-lead items to prevent schedule delays.
• Assist with quality control, punch lists, inspections, turnover, and project closeout.
• Maintain strong communication with project stakeholders and ensure action items are completed on schedule.
