Job summary

Mountain Management Group in Miami, FL is seeking a Senior Project Manager for multifamily construction. This role reports to the Vice President of Construction and leads on-site delivery from preconstruction through closeout.

You will partner with the Construction Executive, manage subcontractors, draft client proposals, and handle contract administration while coordinating with estimating and scheduling. Strong communicator with organized approach is essential.

Qualifications

• BS in a construction related field preferred.
• Multifamily construction experience required.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Construction Executive in interacting with subcontractors.
• Partner with the Construction Executive in drafting client proposals.
• Partner with the Construction Executive on contract administration and management.
• Work with preconstruction, estimating and scheduling on project estimate and schedule.
• Provide direction to the project team to complete the projects safe and on time.
• Perform on-site Project Manager duties on small scope projects.
