Centurion Selection is seeking a Lead Superintendent to oversee the construction of a large multifamily project in Orlando, Florida. This role involves managing day-to-day field operations and coordinating subcontractors and onsite manpower.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in ground-up multifamily projects and strong problem-solving skills to ensure the project is delivered to a high standard.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Lead Superintendent on ground-up multifamily projects.
• Strong knowledge of sitework, structure, MEP coordination, interiors, and closeout.
• Ability to manage large subcontractor teams and fast-paced project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations and field coordination.
• Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and onsite manpower.
• Maintain project schedule and drive key construction milestones.
• Coordinate inspections, deliveries, logistics, and material flow.
• Ensure work is completed to plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Lead site safety meetings and enforce company safety procedures.
• Communicate regularly with Project Managers, ownership, and trade partners.
• Identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule or budget.
