Job summary

Centurion Selection, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead one or two multifamily construction projects in New Jersey from buyout through turnover. You will own the budget, schedule, and monthly cost reporting, and guide subcontractor buyout, contracts, and change orders.

You’ll run OAC meetings as the primary owner/design team liaison and collaborate with the Superintendent on sequencing, logistics, and quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience with a GC.
• limit 140 chars
• Recent ground-up multifamily experience, ideally podium with concrete or steel podium.
• Projects of $30M+ delivered as PM.
• Strong understanding of construction costs, buyout, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage one or two multifamily projects from buyout to turnover.
• Own the budget, schedule, and monthly cost reporting.
• Lead subcontractor buyout, contracts, and change orders.
• Run OAC meetings and act as the main contact for the owner and design team.
• Work closely with the Superintendent on sequencing, logistics, and quality.
• Track RFIs, submittals, and procurement so the field stays on schedule.
• Oversee closeout, punch, TCO/CO, and warranty.
• Mentor APMs and Project Engineers on the team.
