Job summary

Lloyd Companies is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex multifamily projects from planning through closeout. This role requires coordinating with development and leasing teams, managing design services, and ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

The candidate will work with owners, engineers, and contractors to drive value, mitigate risk, and achieve project goals while upholding Lloyd Companies’ core values in every facet of service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction or related field.
• 10+ years of related experience or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.
• Ability to estimate and manage budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop project requirements with Development/Leasing teams.
• Procure and manage design services.
• Obtain permits and entitlements from city authorities.
• Coordinate substrates with surveyors, utilities, and excavators.
• Lead meetings with owners, engineers, architects and trades.
• Develop preliminary schedules and budgets.
• Support safety program implementation.
• Lead and mentor project teams to ensure performance.
