Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, project management, engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to understand financial statements and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Develop market feasibility studies and demographic targets.
• Oversee due diligence and entitlements (site plan reviews, rezonings, traffic studies).
• Coordinate project meetings, deadlines, and FF&E planning.
• Present projects to leadership and investment committees for feedback.
