Job summary

Forge Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead day-to-day execution of ground-up multifamily projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will drive schedules, budgets, and collaboration with owners, architects, engineers, and agencies to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of PM experience in multifamily development, is proficient with Procore and MS Office, and can travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction project management experience on multifamily projects.
• Ground-up multifamily development experience in target markets.
• Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office; strong scheduling and cost control.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional interaction with owners, design teams, and subs.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction from pre-construction through closeout, including permitting and turnover.
• Develop and maintain detailed schedules; track critical path milestones and delays.
• Monitor budgets and provide accurate financial reporting to ownership and leadership.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and agencies to secure timely approvals.
• Bid, award, and manage subcontracts and vendor agreements with the estimating team.
• Enforce safety practices and ensure OSHA compliance on all sites.
• Prepare and distribute weekly project status reports and maintain project documentation.
