Job summary

Forge Construction, the construction arm of the Denton Floyd Real Estate Group, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead ground-up multifamily projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will manage schedules, budgets, and coordination with owners, architects, engineers, and agencies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction project management experience with multifamily projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across stages of construction.
• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore preferred) and MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, cost control, and contract administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with owners, design teams, and crews.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction from pre-construction through closeout, including permitting, procurement, scheduling, and turnover.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules; track critical paths and address delays.
• Monitor budgets and provide financial reporting to ownership and leadership.
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality and compliance with plans and codes.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and agencies for timely approvals.
• Bid, award, and manage subcontracts and vendor agreements with estimating team.
• Hold weekly subcontractor coordination meetings and track submittals and change orders.
• Maintain safety culture per OSHA standards and Forge safety protocols.
• Prepare weekly status reports and ensure thorough project documentation.
