Job summary

Forge Construction is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale multifamily and senior living projects. This hands-on role drives site execution, safety, quality, and coordination of trades from mobilization to turnover.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in field construction, 5+ years as a superintendent, and proficiency with Procore. Travel to project sites is required; OSHA 30 is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of field construction experience, including 5+ years as a superintendent on multifamily or senior living projects
• Proven track record delivering ground-up projects from $10M–$75M+ on schedule and within budget
• OSHA 30-hour certification; valid driver’s license; willingness to travel to project sites

Responsibilities

• Direct all on-site construction activities from mobilization through final punch list and turnover
• Develop and drive a three-week look-ahead schedule with the project manager
• Coordinate subcontractor scopes to maintain efficient workflow and minimize disruption
• Enforce drawings, specs, and codes; resolve discrepancies with the PM team
• Oversee site setup, utilities, safety, and housekeeping to keep a safe, professional site
