Job summary

Forge Construction, the construction arm of Denton Floyd Real Estate Group, seeks a Senior Project Manager for ground-up multifamily work. You will oversee preconstruction through closeout, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance on-site.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in construction PM for multifamily, strong communication, and proficiency with Procore and MS Office; travel to sites up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction project management experience on multifamily projects.
• Ground-up multifamily development experience in target markets.
• Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong scheduling and cost control knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with owners, design teams, and subcontractors.
• Valid driver’s license and travel to project sites up to 20%.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction from pre-construction through closeout, including permitting and turnover.
• Develop detailed project schedules and track critical path milestones.
• Monitor budgets and provide financial reporting to leadership.
• Conduct site visits and enforce quality standards per plans and codes.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and agencies to resolve issues and secure approvals.
