Job summary

Kairoi is seeking a proactive Community Director to oversee the operation and success of a multifamily community in Houston. You will lead a high-performing team, manage finances, and ensure exceptional resident service and property maintenance.

You will drive leasing decisions, conduct performance reviews, and implement marketing and outreach efforts to attract residents while maintaining regulatory compliance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years in multifamily or related hospitality fields.
• Proven leadership of a multifamily team (≥2 years).
• Associate's or bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
• Strong financial management knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with property management software.
• CAM or IREM certifications are highly desirable.
• Valid driver's license with clean record in last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train team members.
• Coach and develop team; conduct performance reviews.
• Lead resident relations and address concerns promptly.
• Oversee budget preparation and financial reporting.
• Maximize NOI while maintaining resident and staff satisfaction.
• Ensure property maintenance and safety standards.
• Develop and implement marketing to attract residents.
• Communicate with residents, vendors, and stakeholders.
