Qualifications

• 5–6 years in the multifamily industry or related hospitality.
• Proven leadership of a team of multifamily professionals.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of community operations and resident relations.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members; conduct performance reviews.
• Manage budgets, NOI targets, and financial reporting.
• Develop marketing and outreach strategies to attract residents.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations and maintain property standards.
