Confidential Hospitality Group is seeking a Multi Unit General Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations in Rhode Island. You will lead restaurant teams, drive profitability, and ensure standards in service, quality and safety while engaging with guests and the local community.

The role requires extensive hospitality leadership, a proven track record managing high-volume restaurants, and the ability to develop staff and implement effective business plans.

Qualifications

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple locations.
• Exceed customer expectations of service, food quality, and cleanliness.
• Address and resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally.
• Maintain a positive brand image through community involvement.
• Ensure food safety, product and facility standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple units to achieve business targets and standards.
• Develop and coach leadership for each site.
• Manage budgets, P&L, and marketing alignment with the Marketing Manager.
• Coordinate with Kitchen Manager on purchases and inventory control.
• Prepare reports and maintain records with accuracy.
