Job summary

TEAM Schostak Family Restaurants seeks a General Manager for Applebee's at a key location. Role oversees restaurant operations, financial performance, and human capital, driving guest satisfaction and adherence to brand standards.

The GM leads managers and hourly TEAM Members and reports to Area leadership. Required are a Bachelor's in a relevant field, 7+ years of multi-unit restaurant management with P&L accountability, and Apple II training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality or Hotel/Restaurant Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 7+ years of multi-unit restaurant management with direct P&L accountability; national chain preferred.
• Completion of Apple II Management training.
• Exemplary restaurant operations leadership and strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Oversees restaurant environment to ensure prompt, friendly service and adherence to company guidelines.
• Maintains inventory, product quality, and cleanliness to meet standards.
• Manages TEAM Members, conducts regular performance reviews, and ensures staffing levels meet demand.
• Drives guest satisfaction, handles incidents, and communicates with upper management.
