Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a General Manager with strong leadership to oversee operations, people, and financial performance. Responsibilities

• Oversees Managers and Hourly TEAM Members within their location.
• Ensures restaurant operations meet company standards and budgets.
• Maintains safety, sanitation, and compliance with laws and policies.
• Develops managers through training, reviews, and performance evaluations.
• Communicates daily with other managers and leadership staff.
